my fave is blood: the last vampire. although that may considered a short. if so, then ghost in the shell. bonus: bon voyage, charlie brown (and never come back), although technically that is still a movie.

Hey Linas I liked Robot Carnival also. What was your favorite segment? I liked the steam-punk giant robo parody/homage.

When I answered the question I forgot about Samurai Jack, Dexter’s Lab and Powerpuff Girls which were 10x better than anything that was made for kids when i was a kid.

I'm pretty sure my answer for best feature is The Incredibles, but it might be WALL-E or Snow W & the 7 Dwarves. BONUS: A:TLA is real good, but I think I still like The Venture Brothers more. @Joe: Have you seen M.A.S.K. lately? I haven't, but I bet you it wouldn't stand the test of time. @NateG: I effing hated that X-Men cartoon, but I can see how people who'd never read the comic might have liked it.
