  Mariah. Until maybe 5 years ago I had never heard a Mariah Carey song that I liked. Now she has her Christmas song that sounds like new order and we belong together and I like those. In fact I like most of her work since her duet with ODB. Anything before that reminds me of what a wasteland early 90s were for pop music.

  The Actress/Singer Whitney has spent the last 19 years since she sang the national anthem at the super bowl doing nothing so I give it to Mariah because she’s done more lately.

  Also I liked the dress Mariah wore to the all star game:

  If you had offered the choice of Toni Braxton I would put her above Whitney also.

  Mariah.

  Four words: Five octave vocal range. The part at the end of “Emotions” in which she demonstrates this is better than anything Whitney’s ever done.

  Also, she’s sexier and smarter than Whitney.

  Even though both are batshit insane, Mariah is hella talented. And she has a bathroom in her mansion done up with more Hello Kitty shizz than a Sanrio store in Japan. And she has a bangin’ bod.

  Old Whitney, new Mariah.

  “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” is classic Whitney.

  Mariah’s song dissing Eminem is awesome, and her “All I Want for Christmas” is one of the best Christmas songs ever.

  I love Mariah Carey. I love her in the same way that I loved Miss Piggy as a little girl. I’m seeing her play in Oakland in February, stoked!

  The first house I lived in with my friends after college was referred to as “The Fantasy Palace.” Mariah rollerskating on the Boardwalk?! I about lost my mind the first time I saw that video. Definitely Mariah.
