This is a message left by an unsatisfied customer for the Jimmy Dean company through the Jimmy Dean Hotline. I really love how it sounds like this man holds a PhD. in Sausageology. He just wants to eat, goddammit!
P.S. t-bone steak is a breakfast food?

Is that because once you get there, you’ll never want to leave?

WOW- I really don’t think that extra 4 oz. is going to make that big of a difference for this man.

I don’t want to go to Texas because I’m vegan and I imagine myself starving and being bullied.
Except Austin, I hear it’s pretty rad there.

no maple or sage!!! i love how people from the south still have a rivalry with northerners. in sixth grade a classmate of mine at dodgen middle school in marietta georgia, accused me of being a “yankee” because he didn’t like something i said. the south rules, except for texas.

I alway feel like an obvious “yankee” in the south. It might have something to do with ordering salad and martinins for dinner. I have also been known to drink all the mineral water a store has.

Sorry I couldn’t respond earlier, I was drinking a glass of maple syrup & eating a handful of sage like we do here in the North.

I think Texas gets a bad rap all too often. Even Houston (which isn’t as cool as Austin or as big as Dallas) is a pretty cool and progressive place. Everyone I met was exceptionally friendly and hospitable. The residents who are wealthy, graciously donate to a vast number of wonderful museums and an outstanding zoo. While the concepts of zoos is often a sticky subject, they are doing good work here. They are even some great things being done in the field of education here (believe it or not). The weather leaves a little to be desired…but hey, every state can’t be California.

If you want to keep a good opinion of Texas, stay the hell away from El Paso.
