This is Berndsen. I don’t know anything about them except that they’re from Iceland and made this really disturbing video. It made me feel unclean and it reminded me of the movie Funny Games.
I’m not sure about the message behind the video, though. Someone posted this in the YouTube comments:
“A satirical music video about the aftermath of a car crash. When help arrives to the scene, the survivors of the car crash think they are going to be saved. They were wrong, and are about to realize that the crash itself was far from being the worst that could happen.”

That is disturbing. I like the music though. After reading a bit about the video, it’s director and the singer…it seems like they just wanted be different and garner some attention (the singer was previously unknown).
However it makes you feel, you can’t deny that it’s well shot, provoking, though a bit confusing.

Dude, I loved that video. I like disturbing things though. It seems like it was a blast to make. I always really enjoy when dark imagery is juxtaposed with light feel-good stuff. I think makes for a good artistic expression.

Yeah, I really liked this.
I want to go to Iceland, especially now that they’re all poor again.
