The first thing I thought of was “pineapple head”. Lo and behold Google produced a veritable cornucopia of them!
What I didn’t expect to find was a whole world of odd-headed people and something called living tables…

But what really amazed is that there is this whole genre of corporate and event entertainment involving human or living tables and live heads as centerpieces…
