The sea pig: uglier than a pig, but just as pink.
I stumbled across the “sea pig” on Twitter. Having never heard of one before, it made me start to think of all the ocean dwellers who go by land animal names. I only thought of a few of them, but I’m positive that there has to be more! The ocean is huge! What about animals that spend most time in the water but some time on land? Should those still count?

I can think of a lot that have part names based on land items, but none have come to be based on land animals.
Like sword fish or clown fish.
Oh and sea elephant. Or elephant seal…which ever.

My DJ buddy had a Sea Pig, He had him all tatted up with some pretty sweet Ink , he was always trying to touch it on my face when I was on Ecxtasy, I never could warm up to that little fella , Ink or no Ink ,that shit was weird.
