Would I immediately have the skills for this job or would I be taking the chance of having a supremely crappy day because, for instance, I choose "Commercial Pilot" but do not, in fact, know how to fly a plane?

i would totally be down to president of the us for one day... it would be just long enough to goof around and feel bad ass without the responsibility...I would like to also give a speech like bill pullman did in ID4. Granted i would like to be president on a day when some gnarly terrorist attack or something of that nature diddn't happen.

Astronaut, but it would have to be on a day when we do a space flight, not a day where we do endurance training. Otherwise, old time train engineer that has to travel up and down the track on a hand cart.
