broccoli. so versatile. it’s great steamed, great raw… it acts as the perfect vessel for dressings/sauces, too.

Mushrooms. Not only are they delicious, but there are so many different kinds and they are a great meat substute. So, if you’re having a dinner party, you can also serve mushrooms and you won’t have angry/ravenous vegetarians! *thumbs up*

Broccoli; it’s healthy and fun. I always imagine I am a giant and am biting off the crown of a little tree I just ripped out of the ground!
